Stayed at the Hollywood Joliet RV park in mid October. We travel with our two dogs and the park had plenty of places for them to run without bothering other RVers. No full hook ups, electric and water only. Cost with casino players card was $38 (a little high considering only water and electric). Staff at check in was friendly and welcoming. Dump is by exit so convenient if only staying for a few days but quite a ways from the rv park. The bathroom/showers were okay. Liked the layout of the park. Back in sites seemed like they were spaced farther apart then the pull thru's. All in all would definitely stay there again.

Was $43 or more in 2013. as told it was much cheaper at arrival but when we checked bill got a big surprise. Poor services, not well kept up. Find another spot.

Park is nothing more than the remains of the workers camp left over from construction of the hotel and casino. There are no full hookups, no cable and no WiFi. There's a huge parking lot that trucks are allowed to overnight in but NOT RV's. Instead we are relegated to this so-called Resort. They make a big deal of the free breakfast in the nearby hotel but that's no value unless you're feeding a scout troupe. And for this they get an excessive $39 ($10 more if you want a pull thru). About twice what it's worth. I couldn't believe this was the same place the others rated.

Stayed here in May 2012. Sites are spacious and have water and electric. There is an attendant in the office, also one in the adjacent building for checkout. Dump station conveniently placed. Rate is still $27 a night. If you join the Players Club, you get a coupon book with coupons for the buffet, etc. Not many places to stay in the Chicago area and this is a very good one.

View all user reviewsNot a bad park depending on expectations. Sites are level and a mix of gravel, concrete pads, and concrete strips for wheels. Picnic tables at each site. About an hour south of Chicago with heavy traffic along the interstates. Convenient to both I-80 and I-55, not too far off of I-57. Breakfast available at hotel. Bath house on site (not used during our stay so I can't comment on facilities). Big rig friendly. No recreation facilities other than Casino on property. 30/50A service at sites. Dump station as you exit park. Trash receptacles located throughout park. No store. Check in at hotel front desk (staff didn't seem to have much interest in RV'ers - no site maps, not much information unless you asked specific questions). Found out WiFi was available only by asking on second morning of stay. Very few trees in campground. Drainage in campground not very good. Thunderstorms in area left quite a bit of standing water on entry road and campsites. Would probably stay again unless we could find location closer to Chicago (we were visiting family) but would tailor our expectations to what we now know is available. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
